Introduction to Inaugural Issue
AbstractI review the background and reasons for developing this new Journal. I then provide a summary of the articles and contributions to the inaugural issue, identifying major themes and threads that connect them. The concluding overview briefly maps out the requirements undertaking future media innovations research, including methodological and interdisciplinary considerations.
