'Social inclusion' – en praksis-model for danske kunstmuseer?
I de senere år er der blevet produceret en lang række museologiske publikationer i de vestlige engelsksprogede lande, som i stadig stigende grad interesserer sig for "det åbne museum". Inden for museologisk fagterminologi tales der således i flæng om 'social inclusion', 'outreach' og 'accessibility', som anses for at være koncepter, der ved implementering muliggør et mere åbent og demokratisk museum. Nærværende artikel fokuserer på den seneste udvikling i Storbritannien inden for 'social inclusion', og begrebets relevans i forhold til udviklings- og forandringsperspektiver for danske kunstmuseer vil blive diskuteret.

The license does not allow others to publish processed versions of the article without the author's permission.
The author is free to publish and distribute the work/article after publication in Nordisk Museologi, while referring to the journal as the first place of publication. Submissions that are under consideration for publication or accepted for publication in Nordisk Museology cannot simultaneously be under consideration for publication in other journals, anthologies, monographs or the like.
