Author Guidelines

Conference Proceedings Submission Instructions

Download the LaTeX template for submissions from the DHNB GitHub page.

Unless otherwise agreed, a long paper should not exceed 10–15 pages, excluding references. A short paper should not exceed 5–10 pages, while a poster typically is around five pages long.

The LaTeX template includes all necessary instructions for usage, formatting of references, image and table captions, etc., in the .zip file.

You write your text in the sample.tex file and the sample.bib file (you may ignore the other files).

You can upload the template to the easy-to-use, online, collaborative LaTeX editor Overleaf or edit it locally in a LaTeX source file.

Upload the PDF of your paper to the conference management system ConfTool as an attachment to your submission.

Not comfortable using LaTeX?

We recommend you use Overleaf for writing your paper with LaTeX. Overleaf runs entirely in your browser; there is no need to install anything. It lets you see how your LaTeX document will look as the final PDF. A step-by-step guide on how to get started with Overleaf can be accessed on the Overleaf website. A video tutorial is available via Overleaf’s YouTube channel.
