Trosopplæring og skole/kirke- samarbeid Styrket sammenheng mellom ulike læringsfellesskap – til barn og unges beste

Trosopplæring og samarbeid mellom skole og kirke er og skal være forskjellig. Samarbeid med skolen følger skolens læreplan, og kirkens bidrag vil være å oppfylle læreplanens mål. Undervisningen skal ikke være forkynnende. Den norske kirkes trosopplæring er derimot forkynnende, og Stortingets vedtatte reform av denne opplæringen vektlegger identitetsutvikling sterkt. Kirkens nasjonale plan bygger derfor primært på læring som skjer ved deltakelse i menighetens fellesskap. På tross av denne forskjellen er det mye å hente på å se skole/kirke-samarbeidet og trosopplæringen i sammenheng. Da kan en legge til rette både for bedre opplæring i skolen og bedre trosopplæring i kirken. Verdien av trosopplæringens tidsavgrensede breddetiltak for alle døpte kan også styrkes på denne måten.
Denne artikkelen vil tematisere fellesskapslæring og læringsbaner og presentere eksempler på hvordan noen menigheter har utarbeidet en trosopplæring som trekker veksler både på skolens undervisning om kristendom og et planmessig skole/kirke-samarbeid. Dermed styrkes verdifulle og sammenhengende læringsbaner for døpte barn og unge.
