En profesjonell, relasjonell aktør? Kateketen som leder i kvalitetsutvikling av lokal trosopplæring

Hvordan skal kirkens undervisningstjeneste organiseres? Hva innebærer kateketens rolle som leder av menighetens undervisning? Den pågående debatten reiser ikke bare spørsmål om stillingskategorier og strukturer, men også om forståelsen av å lede kirkelig undervisning. Med utgangspunkt i lokal trosopplæring reflekterer jeg rundt hvordan en mangfoldig kompetanse innenfor både pedagogikk og teologi er nødvendig for at kateketen kan utøve en profesjonell faglig ledelse. Ved å tilrettelegge for samhandling både med andre medarbeidere og med deltakere i trosopplæring kan de få bruke sine ressurser på en slik måte at ny kunnskap utvikles. I denne artikkelen vil jeg bruke mine erfaringer som kateket koplet mot et sosiokulturelt syn på læring og teorier om lærende organisasjoner.Downloads
