Frivillighet i trosopplæringen. En refleksjon om samspill mellom ansatte og frivillige

Ingress“Det tar mye tid å samarbeide skikkelig”, sier en prest i Den norske kirke. Dette er en erfaring mange ansatte har gjort seg i arbeid med trosopplæring for barn og unge. Tradisjonelt har frivillige drevet kirkelig arbeid med og for barn og unge i regi av frivillige organisasjoner. I Den norske kirkes trosopplæring er det nå i hovedsak ansatte medarbeidere som har ansvar og legger til rette for frivilliges involvering. Artikkelen undersøker hva menighetsledere tenker om frivillige i trosopplæringen. Hva gjør den nye ad-hoc-frivillighet med kirken? Hvordan skal en motivere og involvere frivillige, og hvordan skal disse ledes? Dette er noen av spørsmålene artikkelen vil reflektere over.
