Erfaringer fra ferdighetstreningsgruppe i Dialektisk atferdsterapi

Pasienter med emosjonelt ustabil personlighetsforstyrrelse har en alvorlig tilstand som kan være krevende å behandle. Siden 2009 har Søndre Oslo DPS tilbudt dialektisk adferdsterapi (DBT) til denne pasientgruppen. Denne teksten har til formål å se nærmere på DBT-behandling hvor ferdighetstrening i gruppe er et sentralt element. Ved å presentere den overordnede strukturen sammen med et utvalgt intervensjoner deles erfaringer med denne tilnærmingen, hvis målsetting er å øke pasientens livskvalitet. Pasientens forpliktelser ovenfor gruppa har i arbeidet vært overordnet i tillegg til undervisning og praktiske øvelser. Tilbakemeldingene fra pasientene forteller om økt mestring og kontroll gjennom bruk av DBT-ferdigheter. The treatment for patients diagnosed Emotionally unstable personality disorder can be challenging. Since 2009 Søndre Oslo DPS (local hospital) have conducted Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for these patients. The Skills Training Group is one of the central elements of DBTtherapy. This article aim to share the process towards higher quality of life by studying the overall structure and interventions conducted in the group. In the group there has been a focus on terms of commitment and psychoeducational training. The feedback from the patients indicates efficient use of DBT-skills.References
